Wade Family Funeral Home needed a website that would serve two purposes: To promote their business, but also, and perhaps more importantly, to provide a source of information and resources for members of the public dealing with bereavement and the complex legal procedures and financial obligations that can entail. The design challenge was to find a way to organize the large volume of information included in the site in a rational, attractive and accessible way.
The Wade Family Funeral Home site has only recently been launched, so it's difficult to gauge the impact so far, but feedback from the client has been very positive.
