Veracruz Cafe is a mexican-style restaurant with two locations in the Dallas area. The cuisine is largely authentic Veracruzano – as are the head chef, two of the partners, and most of the employees. The style of the restaurants is also distinctive: friendly and warm, with a tropical feel. In Dallas, mexican restaurants are everywhere, and the objective here was to point out what made Veracruz Cafe different from all the rest: the menu, with its exotic ingredients and many unusual Caribbean-influenced dishes.
More than a year after launch of their site, the owners of Veracruz Cafe are pleased with its performance. As their business has evolved, the site has kept pace. In December, 2007, Veracruz Cafe's Oak Cliff location is expanding, doubling its size, and the future continues to look bright.
